We want to build a team to develop software in the legal domain. The software applications that the team will develop will include Web/Java technology based, workflow, case management, documents management, B2B, web services interface with business partners, etc.

The person hired for this position will work directly with US project manager and will lead a team of about 5-7 people. So the person hired for this position must be up for taking challenging assignments.

LOCATION: Gurgaon
Work Experience Requirements:
SQL/Relational DB – 3+yr; DB application development – 4+yrs; Java Development Experience 4+yrs, Unix, Java Server Faces (JSF), JSP and Struts.
Web based B2C and B2B development.

Additional Desirable Experience: AJAX, Velocity, Tomcat/apache, Samba, CVS or equivalent source control are plus.
Years of Experience: 5-9 years
Skills Requirements:
Team Lead, Project Lead, Software Project Management, Java, SQL, UNIX/LINUX, WINDOWS, Struts, Tomcat, Apache, JSP, J2EE, Samba
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage a full software development life cycle. Including, Develop, support and enhance software applications. Obtain information on the business needs, understand the workflow followed by the users of the application, analyze and capture software requirements, develop functional specifications and prototypes, design the software, conduct or participate in peer reviews of the design, construct software, develop unit test plans, carry out unit/integration/system testing, work with the users during beta testing. Obtain understanding of existing software and carry out the requirements analysis, design, development, and testing for enhancement and modification of existing software. Work with US based clients, and under the guidance from US based project manager and may require for you to travel to the US for the purpose of training, deployment, etc.

Educational Requirements
You must have a Bachelor degree (BE/BTech.) as a minimum.
Masters Degree (ME / MTech/ MS) is a plus.
