About Langoor : Langoor is a new and innovative digital agency that focuses on everything to do with the Internet. Currently based out of Sydney, Australia we are now looking at setting up Research & Development in Bengaluru, India.

1. Systems Architect and Project Guru

Your Role: We are after someone who is passionate about everything online. This role is for someone who is currently looking for new challenges in the online (more specific: website) world. While in the long run, the scope is limitless, to start with we are after someone to help us with the development of a core product we are working on. The commitment to the product itself is for at least two years and beyond that this role has an opportunity to push the technical limits that exist in the online world today.

We want someone who can essentially do the following:
1. Be the project leader and main liaison for Langoor India
2. Be the systems architect of the product
3. Be the database designer of the product
4. Get your hands dirty on code when and where necessary
5. Quality Assurance

For that to happen, it is essential that you have:
* 2-3 years of software development experience
* BTech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent (MTech, ME, PhD a plus)
* Fluent with PHP5, MySQL5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery, Object Oriented Programming and Comfortable with C, C++
* Experience with implementing Content Management Systems
* Experience with Web system architectures, database design

It will be an advantage if you have:
* A technical understanding of programming concepts (so the ability to pick up Ruby, Python, ASP, Java and other relevant frameworks and languages when necessary)
* Experience in server-side coding and integration
* Set up web based architectures or have some experience in them (including Database Design)
* Done your current job a lot of good with regard to innovation and coming up with solutions to problems

2. UX Designer & Tester

We want someone who can essentially do the following:
1. Be the lead UX designer for a product we are working on
2. Graphic design for the said product (including design the web experience/presence)
3. can be the UX and design tester for the product
4. Ensure quality of the product being developed is maintained (visual)
5. Get your hands dirty on graphic design and/or code when and where necessary

For that to happen, it is essential that you have:
* 1-2 years experience with UX and Graphic Design
* BDesign in Interaction Design or equivalent (Masters, PhD a plus)
* Extensive experience/Fluent with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks), HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, relevant design technologies for web
* Experience with Content Management Systems and Website Development

It will be an advantage if you have:
* Designed user-centric interfaces for web-based software/websites
* A technical understanding of programming concepts
* Carried out UX Testing
* Experience in computer human interface (CHI) design

3. Development/Programming Guru

Your role will be to:
1. Support the architecture/design of an extensive system we have in the pipeline
2. Get your hands dirty with code from different frameworks as appropriate
3. Troubleshoot and refine the code you write extensively
4. Maintain the quality of code

For that to happen, it is essential that you have:
* BTech/BE in Computer Science (ME/MTech, PhD a plus)
* 1-2 years solid software development experience
* Extensive experience/Fluent with : PHP5, MySQL5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery, Object Oriented Programming Ruby, C, C++
* Experience with implementing Content Management Systems
* Understanding of Web Networks, Frameworks, System Architectures and Database

It will be an advantage if you have:
* Experience in server-side coding and integration
* Set up web based architectures, load balancing or have some experience in them (including Database Design)
* Developed your own web based software/CMS

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive, be a good communicator and wants to get involved in an organisation to grow with it. Of course, we are more interested in your skills being top-notch, than your experience (although it helps).

You will work in a supportive environment alongside some top developers based in Australia. You will also be in charge of a team of 2-3 people to deliver the product in India.
