Job Description

• Managing a team of software developers in roadmap development
• Ensuring the analysis of all requirements, translating them into appropriate design
• Software development practices and processes (e.g. Agile approaches, XP etc.)
• Should have led software development teams independently (people management experience)
• Good knowledge of core Java, Database skills (either Oracle or Microsoft SQL database)
• Good knowledge of programming UI interfaces preferably using web technologies (GWT, JSF etc.)
• Should have worked in telecom domain and knowledgeable about telecom networks
• Should have worked in the software development of telecom OSS / BSS products (e.g. billing systems, mediation systems etc.)
